Men’s Ministries
The mission, in the church’s own words, is to galvanize the energy and resources of men for God, family, church and community. Galvanize meaning startle into action, not settle into a chair.
What Men’s Ministries is
There is a plain finding behind Adventist men’s ministry: when the father comes to church, the family usually comes with him. Men have a disproportionate effect on whether a household stays connected to a congregation, and churches that grow tend to be churches that have worked out how to reach men.
Men’s ministry exists to support men in the roles they actually occupy — husband, father, son, worker, friend — and to give them somewhere to be honest about how those are going. That is harder to build than a men’s breakfast, and considerably more useful.
The work starts with prayer for the men of this church, and moves into the ordinary business of spiritual, mental and emotional growth among people who were often raised not to discuss any of it.

Common questions
Is this just a breakfast club?
No. Food happens. It is not the purpose. The point is men taking their faith and their families seriously in each other’s company.
I am not sure I believe much.
Come anyway. This is not a room where you are required to perform certainty.
What is the time commitment?
Whatever you can give. Some men are in every week, others show up when work allows. Both are fine.
How do I join?
