Walking into a new church can feel like a big step. However you come, whoever you are, and wherever you are on your journey with God, there is a seat and a welcome waiting for you at Edmonton Central. Here is everything you need to feel at home on your first Sabbath.
When we gather
We worship every Saturday, the biblical Sabbath, in the heart of downtown Edmonton.
- 9:30 AM Sabbath School. Bible study classes for every age, from little ones to adults.
- 11:30 AM Divine Service. Worship, the Word, music, and prayer together.
- First and third Sabbaths a fellowship meal follows the service. Everyone is invited to stay and share a table.
- Wednesday 7:00 PM Prayer meeting, in person and online.

What to expect
Come as you are. Some people dress up and some come casual, and both are completely at home here. When you arrive, a greeter will welcome you at the door, hand you a bulletin, and point you toward the sanctuary, the Sabbath School classes, and the children’s areas. You never have to figure it out alone.
Our worship is warm and unhurried. You will hear Scripture read and preached, sing together, and share in prayer. There is no pressure to give, to speak, or to participate before you are ready. You are free simply to sit, listen, and rest.
Your children are cared for
Families are the heartbeat of our church. Children have their own Sabbath School classes suited to their ages, plus Adventurer and Pathfinder clubs through the week. Our children’s team serves in a safe, caring environment so parents can worship with peace of mind.

Join us live every Saturday at 11:30 AM on our YouTube livestream, or catch up on past sermons any time. Wherever you are, you can worship with us.

Where to park
Easy parking, and a greeter to help.
Free parking is available right at the church and nearby. The main entrance faces 111 Avenue NW. If it is your first time, come a few minutes early and one of our greeters will wave you toward the closest open spot and the front door.

Park by the building
Pull into the church lots right beside the sanctuary, entering from 111 Avenue NW. Watch for the P signs.
Saturday worship
The lot just east of us
On Sabbath mornings the church-service parking lot east of the church is open for worshippers. Watch for the Church Service Parking sign, or simply ask a greeter and we will sort it out.
Weekday visits
Coming by in the week
Visiting the office during the week? The east-side lot is available with a quick okay from the church office at (780) 420-0215.
Not sure where to go? Look for the ECSDAC Church Service Parking signs, or flag down a greeter. We would rather park your car than have you circle the block.
